How do I submit payment after I've registered for a program?

After you register, you will have the opportunity to print out a payment form that needs to be submitted with your check. You will also receive a confirmation email once you have completed the online registration. Submit confirmation and check to:

Attn: Marina Psaros
Coastal Training Program
San Francisco Bay NERR
3152 Paradise Drive
Tiburon, CA 94920

When is payment due?

Payment is due no later than one week before the event. If we do not receive payment, your name will automatically be dropped from the roster, and you will not be able to re-register. If you are concerned that your agency may not send payment in a timely manner, we recommend that you send a personal check and get reimbursed.

When is payment due if I'm added at the last minute from the waiting list?

We just need to receive an email from you that the check has been mailed before the class date.

Who do I make the check out to?

San Francisco State University Foundation

Do you accept credit cards?

Not at this time but we will soon!

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Sorry, no.

How do I cancel from a class?

Cancellations must be received no later than one week before the class. Contact the Coastal Training Program Coordinator (Marina Psaros) at mpsaros@sfsu.edu or 415.338.3511.

Do you issue refunds?

Yes. To receive a refund, you must cancel at least one week before the class.

If I am unable to attend, may I substitute someone else?

Substitutions are only allowed if payment has already been received for the class. Otherwise, your slot will go to the next person on the waiting list.

Can I register several people at once?
